 Free delivery in Italy.

Shipping costs are required for shipments within the European Union.

Shipping costs and customs duties are required for shipments OUTSIDE THE EU and intercontinental. If you order from outside Italy and the EU, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Mia Moltrasio has no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. Therefore, we are unable to advise or provide assistance in this regard; we can only advise you to contact your country's customs office for more information.

DELIVERY
Mia Moltrasio delivers its products via TNT, BRT and DHL Express.
Delivery times: 2 working days in Italy. 4 working days in Europe. 14 working days outside Europe.
Orders to be shipped are entrusted to the courier from Monday to Friday during working hours.
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

RETURN
Mia Moltrasio accepts returns worldwide within 30 days from your purchase.

To send a return request, fill out the RETURN FORM

Returns are not free.

Once you have entered your return request, you will be sent

the courier's waybill that Mia Moltrasio uses for its shipments
instructions for booking collection from the aforementioned carrier
You can use this service, then the shipping costs of €7 will be deducted from your refund. Or you can entrust the return shipment to a trusted courier and obtain a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund conditions: returned products can be tried on (with the exception of socks) but must be unworn at the time of trying on and therefore in the same condition in which you received them. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which you received it (you must carefully place it in the same tissue paper/envelope or similar). In turn, the package must be packed in the same box (or similar) in which it was delivered to you by the courier. We reserve the right to evaluate the returned product before confirming the actual refund. Returned products damaged for any reason will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the address provided at the time of purchase.
