The Mia Moltrasio shoes fit true to size.
The flats fit comfortably, the tip does not tighten on the toes. 
Just in case you have a very thin foot, keep in mind that it is possible that the lace will fit wider than intended. For black and pale rose leather flats onlty we suggest an half size bigger.

For shipments in the EU, only payments of the shipment is required. 

For EXTRA-EU and Intercontinental shipments, payment of shipping costs and customs duties is required. 

If you're ordering outside Italy and UE, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Mia Moltrasio has no control over these charges and we can’t quote how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we are unable to give notice or provide assistance on this matter; we can only recommend that you contact your country's customs office for more information on this.

DELIVERY

Mia Moltrasio delivers its products via DHL Express and BRT. 

Delivery time: 2 working days in Italy. 4 working days in Europe. 14 working days outside Europe.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1.00 pm are shipped the same day.

RETURN
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your shoes at your home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. We’ll collect from your home or an alternative address. Customers from EU are responsible for shipping costs and Customers from EXTRA- EU are responsible for for taxes, duties and shipping costs.

Refund conditions: Returned items must not be worn or damaged, in the same condition as you received them (socks included). Make sure the products are returned new, unused and placed in the original packaging as you received them (make sure the items returned in the silk paper or plastic bag they came). Returns that do not meet our standards won't be accepted and will not be refunded.

REPLACEMENT

Mia Moltrasio offers the possibility to exchange the purchased product by informing the customer service during the return request.

Timing: the replacement product will be sent once the returned product has arrived at Mia Moltrasio warehouses.

Handcrafted in Italy, Shiny Velvet is a pointed toe ballet flat. Made of blue velvet, it has a lead grey glitter heel. For a romantic touch, the ballet flats have an elastic lace, which facilitates donning. The flats come with short grey socks produced by Alto Milano for Mia Moltrasio. Shiny Velvet is the perfect ballet flat for who can't live without ballet shoes during the winter.

No external stitching: the upper is made by a single piece of velvet.

Sole: made with genuine Italian leather, it's made to disappear and will come to you with a protective film you can remove.

Heel: 5 mm / 0.2 inches

Low cut: the ballet flat is low cut, and if worn without the short socks the toeline can be glimpsed.

Silk: the velvet is in part made of silk, which makes the velvet extremely shiny and surprisingly opalescent.

Short sock included: Shiny Velvet is sold with a short sock produced by Alto Milano exclusively for Mia Moltrasio. Made with cotton and viscose and a lurex insert. The short sock is one size fits all, thanks to the fabric's flexibility.

Packaging: the ballet flats and short socks come in an exclusive shoe bag made of jacquard fabric. Every shoe bag matches the color of the velvet with a unique pattern, and is unique.
