The Mia Moltrasio shoes fit true to size.
The flats fit comfortably, the tip does not tighten on the toes. 
Just in case you have a very thin foot, keep in mind that it is possible that the lace will fit wider than intended. For black and pale rose leather flats onlty we suggest an half size bigger.

Free delivery, return and exchange throughout Italy.

For shipments in the EU, only payments of the shipment is required. 

For EXTRA-EU and Intercontinental shipments, payment of shipping costs and customs duties is required. 

If you're ordering outside Italy and UE, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Mia Moltrasio has no control over these charges and we can’t quote how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we are unable to give notice or provide assistance on this matter; we can only recommend that you contact your country's customs office for more information on this.

DELIVERY

Mia Moltrasio delivers its products via DHL Express and BRT. 

Delivery time: 2 working days in Italy. 4 working days in Europe. 14 working days outside Europe.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1.00 pm are shipped the same day.

RETURN
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your shoes at your home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. We’ll collect from your home or an alternative address. Customers from EU are responsible for shipping costs and Customers from EXTRA- EU are responsible for for taxes, duties and shipping costs.

Refund conditions: Returned items must not be worn or damaged, in the same condition as you received them (socks included). Make sure the products are returned new, unused and placed in the original packaging as you received them (make sure the items returned in the silk paper or plastic bag they came). Returns that do not meet our standards won't be accepted and will not be refunded.

REPLACEMENT

Mia Moltrasio offers the possibility to exchange the purchased product by informing the customer service during the return request.

Timing: the replacement product will be sent once the returned product has arrived at Mia Moltrasio warehouses.

Handcrafted in Italy, the mustard leather pointed toe ballerinas have a swallow-tail design. An adjustable strap adds a romantic touch to the ballerinas.

Fit : They fit comfortably, we recommend taking your size.

No external stitching : The upper of the ballet flats is made from a single piece of leather – no stitching on the upper.

Sole : The sole in real Italian leather is cut to disappear to minimize the gap between the upper and the sole itself. The tip of the sole has a rubber injection to preserve the upper at the tip from natural deterioration. The sole is covered with a protective film to be removed.

Low heel : the heel is deliberately low, just 5 millimetres, to match the concealed sole.

Wide neckline : Ballet flats have a wide neckline and reveal the base of the toes.

Matching bag : in the box - together with the ballerina a jacquard fabric bag. A hand to the environment: The fabrics used are recycled, end of series or stock remnants.
